Brisa was made with two things in mind: life should be enjoyed every day and even the simplest of pleasures are worth cheering.
WHERE THE GRAPES ARE GROWN
The grapes in Brisa were grown by a family-owned winery just off the Atlantic coast, in the town of Sobrado. It takes only twenty minutes to drive to the shore. Cool breezes from the ocean, along with lots of rain, contribute to the crisp acidity of the grapes. You can practically taste the soft summer breeze with every sip.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Brisa's grapes are carefully harvested and then quickly destemmed. Winemakers Fernando Machado and Henrique Lopes ferment the juice in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, preserving the freshness and fruitiness of the local grapes.
MORE OF A GOOD THING
Although bigger isn't always better, we at Brisa feel that if something is good in life, we should try to have more of it. 750 mL of Vinho Verde just isn't enough. That's why we decided to make this wine in a liter sized bottle. More for you to enjoy. More for you to share with the ones you love. More value for the money you earned.
